Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate reservations at times outside of those listed on our calendar. Our scheduling system is designed to ensure fairness and accessibility for all members, which is why we've designated specific start times at 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 5:00 PM. With only one party allowed at a time, members can fully enjoy the shaded pavilion area during regular pool hours. Each reservation slot includes 30 minutes for setup, 30 minutes for cleanup, and a two-hour party window, allowing for optimal party rotation to cater to as many members as possible.

Yes, you'll need to pay the pavilion rental fee within three business days of booking the slot, or it will be released. We've made it convenient to pay online, and this helps ensure that calendar times aren't held without payment.
The pavilion fee of $150 is applicable to any event with attendees who are not Members of the Regency. A deposit is only required for full facility rentals. However, hosts remain responsible for any documented damages during the party check-out process, even without a deposit. Additional requirements for renting the entire facility are outlined separately.
You can settle any outstanding balance during the party closeout walkthrough with the guards.
During the party closeout, the guard ensures that no damage has occurred to the property or furniture, the area is reasonably clean, all trash has been placed in the receptacles, and all furniture has been returned to its proper place.
Regarding party decor, we kindly ask that decorations that adhere to the pavilion structure and fencing be avoided as much as possible. If necessary, only non-marking tape may be used, and hosts are responsible for removing any residual tackiness. Table decor that doesn't mark or stain the tables is encouraged and acceptable. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining our facilities!
Guests are welcome to continue enjoying the pool facilities after the party but are kindly asked to depart once the host leaves. There are no exceptions.
The baby pool is exclusively for children aged five (5) years and under. They must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty in this area.
All children desiring to utilize the deep end must undergo a swim test administered by the guards. Adults wishing to use the deep end do so at their own risk.
While there isn't a designated space for party reservations, the host can kindly ask members to consider relocating to the back half of the pavilion during your reserved party slot.

In adherence to CDC pool health guidelines, parents are kindly asked to check swim diapers hourly and may be requested to temporarily remove their children from the pool if necessary to uphold acceptable hygienic standards. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a clean and enjoyable pool environment for everyone. Seriously, you don’t want to be the person who closed the pool.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all, we kindly request that inflatable rafts,
inner tubes, and other flotation devices remain out of the main pool, except for our
special designated raft events. Please refrain from using them in the diving well and avoid
jumping onto them from the pool deck.
Additionally, for everyone's safety, water propulsive devices such as water guns, super soakers,
and water balloons are highly discouraged. Thank you for your cooperation in making our pool
area a wonderful place for everyone to have fun!
In case of inclement weather or unexpected pool closures, hosts have the option to choose another available pavilion slot or receive a refund for their reservation. Please don’t tell us to shove it where the sun don’t shine, cause we don’t control the weather or anyone’s bowels.
